Team building can be murder……..and yet so much fun!
Forget being cooped up in a stuffy conference room, learning how you and your colleagues can juggle three balls whilst answering the phone, or stomping about the countryside and trying to build a raft to cross a stream – far better to have a laugh, a dance and a good murder or two!!
As well as rewarding your staff for their hard work by giving them a fantastic break, you’ll also be nurturing their competitive skills (there are always lots of fun, interesting and light-hearted themed games to be played - with, of course, prizes for the winners); and encouraging team building (solving the devilishly difficult plots is always easier with more than one head) and getting them to think outside the box (having to work out what evidence is real from the myriad of red herrings). |
