Thank you for taking the time to look at our website. I thought you might like to know our plans for 2008, our 27th year! Astonishingly I am racing towards a massive milestone – my 100th plot – even Agatha Christie, the Queen of Murder herself, only wrote 97 stories.

In May we will be presenting our 99th plot (phew!) and I have come up with “The Thin Blue Line. A Hollywood blockbuster about the royal family, that is being made in England by “Watch This Productions” ! It works on the fictional premise that the royals of the last 100 years were not direct descendants of Edward VII, the plot theme offers plenty of scope for intrigue and scandal.

The weekend will be a team-building event for all the participants of the film; actors, production staff, researchers, scriptwriters – and, as it is about the royals – insiders of the palace and royal correspondents. We should all have great fun role-playing and the luvvies of Murder Weekends will no doubt be outrageous as the luvvies of the silver screen. This plot runs from May 2nd to August 17th and you can find all relevant dates, prices and venues on the dates and prices link.

Then, of course, from September onwards until the end of the year, we will be presenting my 100th plot. I haven’t thought of the theme, but I can assure you it’s going to be an absolute belter! We haven’t arranged any foreign trips for 2008 as yet, we’re still recovering from the very successful (and exhausting) Nile and Italian Murder Breaks last year, but we will keep you posted as soon as anything is planned!
